Giải chạy Khmer Empire Marathon

Mục Đích

Cuộc đua từ thiện nhằm hỗ trợ người khuyết tật và bệnh viện trẻ em tại Campuchia.

Giới Thiệu

Đế quốc Khmer, nay được biết đến với tên gọi Campuchia, từng là đế quốc mạnh nhất ở Đông Nam Á. Angkor, khu vực trung tâm của vương quốc Khmer từ thế kỷ 9 đến thế kỷ 13, là biểu tượng của nền văn minh cổ đại của người Khmer và cũng được tiết lộ là trung tâm đô thị lớn nhất thế giới trước kỷ nguyên công nghiệp.

Marathon Đế Quốc Khmer sẽ mang đến cơ hội đặc biệt cho các vận động viên trên toàn thế giới trải nghiệm khóa học cổ đại trong khu vực di sản thế giới thông qua gần 40 ngôi đền cổ kính dọc theo con đường đua khá mượt mà, gần như cắt ngang qua rừng quốc gia.

Đội ngũ Tổ chức Sự kiện Campuchia cùng với các tổ chức trong nước và quốc tế muốn mời tất cả các vận động viên chuyên nghiệp và nghiệp dư trên toàn thế giới đến tham gia sự kiện marathon đặc biệt này để thể hiện tình bạn cao cả và sự hỗ trợ ân cần đến người khuyết tật và trẻ em nghèo tại Campuchia.

Chúng tôi đang chờ đợi để chào đón bạn một cách ấm áp nhất và chuẩn bị tốt nhất cho cuộc đua tuyệt vời của bạn trong khu vực của nền văn minh Khmer cổ đại.

** Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable to another competitor, and non-transferrable to other next events.

** Change of race distance: You are required to pay the difference between the applicable fee at the time of change and the fee you originally paid if fee for new race distance is higher (No refund if fee for new distance is lower), It is accepted before the deadline and the changing race should be endured the extra admin fee of 20 USD.

**Group deadline registration on 20 June, 2024

Registration fee include

• An event singlet
• A finisher’s medal 
• A finisher’s t-shirt for (42Km& 21Km)
• An e-certificate for completing the race
• A personalized bib tags (42km, 21km and 10km)
• A personalized race bib
• A Sponsor’s goodies (Based on sponsor available items) 

Note:

• Entry is non-refundable
• Entry is non-transferable to another competitor
• Entry is non-transferable to next year competition
• Group participants would be start from 25 participants up

Race Pack Collection Spot

All participants MUST bring along their entry e-mail confirmation or race entry confirmation letter to present our team to get your race kit as below mentioned.

Notice

It is compulsory for all participants to attend the Race Pack Collection Spot. In case of you are unable to be present, you authorize someone else to collect your race pack on your behalf and this person will require items are:

• Participant has to write a letter of authorization to notice someone’s name and also a copy photo sized’ someone who will pick up instead
• Copy of the participant confirmation & copy of the participant is passport photo sized

** Important: There is no Race Pack Collection on race day!

What to do

• Check your name and BIB-Tag number (race number) on the name list’s board
• Present your e-mail confirmation after you completed the registration to our team to get your race kit
• Sign on name’s list paper for our reference when you had collected race kit from our team
• Go to the counter "BIB-tag Check" (42km, 21km & 10km) to check your BIB-tag reconfirmation shown on a screen. You can immediately correct with BIB team, if any of your information is not correct.
• For optional items of Pre-Dinner ticket, Course Inspection ticket and Pledge donation, if you had paid for it in advance through the online and offline registration, please bring the entry e-mail confirmation to get your ticket from our team at race pack collection spot as per mentioned.

** T-shirt sized are not allowed to change upon your collect your stuffs after you had ordered in advance through your registration.

Cut-off Times / Expect Times

All participants should arrive the race point in front of Angkor Wat temple at least 30mn before the start time. Our team is able to stand by around 1hour for late runners after the limited time of full marathon.
